Part online retailer, part educator, part professional service provider. Canon USA challenge me to help them bridge the gap between retailer and partner to re-enforce Canon’s loyalty to their customer.
My years of ecommerce experience coupled with my time in editorial site design allowed me to focus primarily on learning, understanding and interpreting the Canon USA brand while creating the design structure for their online store, Digital Learning Center and Professional Services sites. Exacting and methodical, Canon taught me what it takes to steer the identity of a world-class brand.
